  • 中國科學技術大學學士、康奈爾大學博士,中盛溯源生物科技有限公司聯合創始人、首席技術官(CTO)。主要研究內容:利用重編程、定向分化、和基因修飾等技術。開發hiPSC來源細胞藥物開發,參與承接科技部十三五和十四五國家重點研發計劃《幹細胞製劑及應用的標準化研究》和《幹細胞及相關產品質量控製及評價技術》,建立中國人群超級供體”hiPSC庫、參與起草國內首個《人誘導多能幹細胞》標準、完成臨床級hiPSC建庫質量複核。20229月首個iPSC來源間充質樣細胞治療產品“NCR100注射液”獲得國家藥品監督管理局藥品審評中心的臨床試驗默示許可。

    研究領域:

  • 1.hiPSC向體節中胚層細胞分化,開發iMSC等細胞治療產品;

    2.hiPSC向血液譜係分化,開發iNK等腫瘤免疫治療產品;

    3.hiPSC向特定神經祖細胞分化,開發麵向帕金森等神經退行性疾病的細胞治療產品。
