    研究領域：

  • 1.新發突發傳染病疫苗及新型疫苗載體。

    探索基於重組病毒、DNA/RNA等的新型基因載體，應用於新冠病毒、蟲媒黃病毒、埃博拉、流感等新發突發或重要傳染病疫苗研究。

    2.呼吸道病毒感染/致病機理。

    利用報告病毒、感染動物模型、臨床樣本，從感染受體、“病毒-宿主免疫”互作等角度研究呼吸道病毒感染/致病關鍵機製。

    承擔科研項目情況：

  • 1.國家自然科學基金（國際合作項目，82061138006），新型冠狀病毒誘導黏膜免疫的機製及預防治療策略研究，300萬元，2021.1-2023.12,主持（在研）。

    2.國家重大傳染病專項（2017ZX10204401），抗H7N9病毒血漿在H7N9感染重症治療的臨床應用，195萬元，2017.1-2020.12，分任務主持（在研）。

    3.廣州市健康醫療協同創新重大專項（201508020252，201803040004），病毒感染重症救治的特異性被動免疫應用研究及腺病毒單克隆抗體藥物研發，225萬元+145萬元（2014.11-2017.10；2018.04-2021.03），子課題主持（滾動支持，在研）。

    4.國家自然科學基金（青年基金，31200693），以分泌型PD1阻斷PD/PD-L信號通路提高SIV輔助調控蛋白免疫原性的研究，25萬元，2013.1-2015.12，主持（已結題）。

    5.國家自然科學基金（麵上項目，31470892），新型流感病毒載體艾滋病疫苗誘導黏膜免疫反應的作用及機製研究，85萬元，2015.1-2018.12，主持（已結題）。
