  • 實驗室的主要研究方向包括:(1)上皮-間充質轉換(EMT)在細胞命運調控(胚胎幹細胞、腫瘤幹細胞)中的作用機製研究;(2)上皮細胞極性建立、維持的機製研究及相關疾病模型(炎症性腸病及其它感染性疾病);(3)基於EMT及鐵死亡通路的藥物研發。

    實驗室研究工作主要得到國家自然科學基金、中科院先導專項、國家重大科學研究計劃、廣東省科技計劃等項目的經費支持。
